Michael Stark is the president of the New European Surgical Academy (NESA), an international association with members in 64 countries. He is known as the developer of a modified Cesarean Section, the Stark (Misgav Ladach) method which is now in use worldwide due to its simplicity, safety, and efficiency He has played a central role in initiating and coordinating surgical innovations in hysterectomy and minimally invasive procedures. He established the first European interdisciplinary working group on Natural Orifice Surgery in 2006, which supported the foundation for the emerging new discipline, the scarless surgical techniques such as the trans-Douglas operations and the trans-oral thyroidectomy. He has also contributed to the development of the modified surgical robotic system with haptic sensation, and remains engaged in projects integrating artificial intelligence into surgery.

Mr. Angus B. Gordon graduated from St. Bartholomew’s Hospital, London in 1968. For many years he was a member of the Breast Unit at the Royal Marsden Hospital, Chelsea. In 2006 he took up an appointment as a Consultant Breast Surgeon at the Charing Cross Hospital continuing his practice in breast disease and surgery including the new technique of sentinel node biopsy. He has admitting and operating rights for private patients to The London Clinic at 149 Harley Street.

Professor Dr Ibrahim El- Bayoumy holds bachelor of medicine and surgery (Tanta faculty of medicine-Egypt,1989),then he earned his master degree in public health, preventive and social medicine (Tanta faculty of medicine-Egypt1996),and MD,PhD in public health ,preventive and social medicine 2003 from Tanta faculty of medicine-Egypt and McGill faculty of medicine –Montreal -Canada in division of clinical epidemiology in Royal Victoria hospital through double channel system as scholarship from ministry of education-Egypt. He is Full professor of public health and community medicine in Tanta faculty of medicine-Egypt since November 2016 . Now he is working working in ministry of health in Kuwait as consultant of public health and preventive medicine. He is a lecturer of public health for post graduate Diploma and Master degree of public health in university of South Wales-UK since March 2021. He is also adjunct professor of public health in School of public health-Texila American university Guyana-South America and have supervised 24 PhD projects since 2018. Dr El Bayoumy has published many research works in international journals, he is interested in research in epidemiology of infectious diseases like HIV, tuberculosis, brucellosis and infectious hepatitis ,he is interested in epidemiology of chronic diseases like diabetes mellitus and its health economics ,obesity and cancer and pharmacoepidemiology. He is a reviewer of many national and international journals. He has obtained post-graduate Master degree is diabetes care and education-Dundee faculty of medicine-Scotland –UK October 2015. He was invited speaker in many international conferences in China. South Korea .Japan, and Hong Kong, Malaysia , Dubai ,Kuwait .New Dehi USA. Paris France .,and Roma Italy.
